STK International Airport Presents
So Just Stories
A Labyrinth Theatre & Caught Short Collaboration
So Just Stories is the creative kid of Gregor Henderson-Begg, one of the 5 founding members of Stoke Newington International Airport. Using Caught Short as a vehicle for developing his writing, Gregor is now collaborating with the award winning Labyrinth Theatre to help him realise the full development of this production.
Collecting together a number of Short Tales he has written over the last few years, So Just Stories is Gregor's attempt to look at moral journeys through his surreal view of the world. Laura Farnworth, Artistic Director of Labyrinth Theatre, is helping turn those surreal ideas into theatrical events, bringing with her long term collaborator Manuel Pinheiro to build in his unique sound design to fill out and help conjure the world.
This is a work in progress. The full piece will contain another short story and then 5 or 6 quick narratives to help get us from one to the next. The team hopes to have a full-length piece in production some time next year.
Tickets: £6 on the door

A note from Wing Commander Beggsie, aka Barnacle Beggsie, aka Gregor H-B
As a founding member of your Local Airport, I am supremely proud to be able to showcase my work here and contribute to the identity of the Airport. As Artists we pride ourselves on the diversity of the art we present and the variety of work we produce ourselves. So Just Stories is just one facet of the Airport and one dimension to the creative melting pot that is the Gary Greg Gregor Nick & Zekan. Thank you guys for all your help.
Without Laura and Manuel this project would still be a short story. I could not have had better support, encouragement and artistic collaborators.
Thanks also to Matt Reynolds of Labyrinth Theatre, performing in The Man who couldn't Walk Up Stairs; and Kate Findlay, adding her Cello to the soundscape. Thank you both for your hard work, time and support.
Enjoy the flight!
